Έγκλημα στο Κερατσίνι: Το προφίλ του 45χρονου δράστη στο Facebook ΕΠΙΠΛΑ ΒΟΛΟΣ
Ο ίδιος παραδέχθηκε στην απολογία του ότι επισκεπτόταν συχνά τα γραφεία της Χρυσής Αυγής στη Νίκαια, ενώ φίλος του υποστήριξε πως: «Ο Γιώργος έπαιρνε μεροκάματα από τη Χρυσή Αυγή όπως και άλλα μέλη της οικογένειάς του. Δούλευε στο κυλικείο των γραφείων του κόμματος, όπως και η γυναίκα του που δούλευε σαν καθαρίστρια αλλά και η κόρη του. Συμμετείχε σε διανομή τροφίμων της Χρυσής Αυγής αλλά και σε άλλες κινήσεις της τοπικής οργάνωσης και έπαιρνε λίγα χρήματα».
Ο Γιώργος Ρουπακιάς, στο προφίλ που διατηρούσε στο facebook είχε ανεβάσει και κοινοποιήσει μάλιστα αρκετές φωτογραφίες από εκδηλώσεις και δράσεις της Χρυσής Αυγής.

Οι «φίλοι» θέλοντας να τον... τιμωρήσουν για την στάση του απέναντί τους του συμπεριφέρθηκαν με τον πιο βάναυσο τρόπο, καθώς τον έδεσαν, τον έγδυσαν και αφού τον κάρφωσαν στο πάτωμα κόλλησαν τα γεννητικά του όργανα με ταινία.
Στη συνέχεια τον άφησαν σε έναν διάδρομο και αφού τον έβγαλαν φωτογραφίες, πήγαν για να καπνίσουν.
Οι φωτογραφίες που δημοσιεύονται στην «Daily Mail» με την άδεια του Βρετανού στρατιώτη, δείχνουν τα βασανιστήρια που υπέστη ο 18χρονος και προκαλούν σοκ!

Αν και ο ίδιος, όπως είπε, κατάφερε στη συνέχεια να ξεπεράσει το περιστατικό, έμαθε στη συνέχεια ότι κάποιες φωτογραφίες είχαν αναρτηθεί στο facebook.
Μήνες μετά την επίθεση μην μπορώντας να αντέξει τις διάφορες μορφές εκφοβισμού και γενικότερα την επικρατούσα κατάσταση στο στρατό έφυγε από την Γερμανία, χωρίς άδεια, για το σπίτι του στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, γνωρίζοντας ότι θα τι μωρούνταν για την πράξη του.
Πλέον θα υπηρετήσει σε στρατιωτική φυλακή (ως τιμωρία) πριν ξεκινήσει την πεντάμηνη περιοδεία του στο Αφγανιστάν.

Η άτυχη Catherine Bury που έμενε στη Βρετανία είχε πάει για διακοπές στη βίλα που διατηρούσε σε τουριστικό θέρετρο της ΤουρκίαςΣε τραγωδία εξελίχθηκαν οι διακοπές μιας βρετανικής οικογένειας στην Τουρκία. Η 56χρονη Catherine Bury είχε πάει στη βίλα της στο τουριστικό θέρετρο Dalyan για να γιορτάσει τα 56α γενέθλιά της. Ο κηπουρός του σπιτιού όμως είχε άλλα σχέδια για την οικογένεια. Αφού πυροβόλησε τον 24χρονο γιο της Alex στο πόδι και την 87χρονη μητέρα της Cecille στην πλάτη η άτυχη Catherine Bury για να γλιτώσει από τα πυρά κρύφτηκε στο μπάνιο του σπιτιού. Ο μανιακός κηπουρός «γάζωσε» κυριολεκτικά την πόρτα με κυνηγετική καραμπίνα με αποτέλεσμα η γυναίκα να πέσει νεκρή.
Ο κηπουρός γνωστός με τα αρχικά V.A. συνελήφθη από την Αστυνομία και οδήγηθε στον εισαγγέλεα. Σύμφωνα με γείτονες ο κηπουρός και η Catherine Bury είχαν τσακωθεί την περασμένη Παρασκευή και ο άνδρας την είχε απειλήσει ότι θα σκοτώσει την ίδια και την οικογένειά της. Η γυναίκα που έδωσε βάση στις απειλές πήγε στην Αστυνομία και κατήγγειλε το γεγονός. Ο V.A. συνελήφθη, κρατήθηκε τη νύχτα αλλά οι αστυνομικοί την επόμενη ημέρα έκριναν ότι έπρεπε να τον αφήσουν ελεύθερο.
Τότε ο άνδρας πήρε το κυνηγετικό του όπλο και πήγε στην βίλα της οικογένειας με σκοπό να σκοτώσει. Σύμφωνα με γείτονες και συγγενείς η οικογένεια δεν προκαλούσε ποτέ, ήταν αγαπητή. Μάλιστα οι συγγενείς της Bury είχαν πάει νωρίτερα στη βίλα και την είχαν στολίσει με μπαλόνια.
