FISIKON: Το νέο οικονομικό και φιλικό στο περιβάλλον φυσικό αέριο ΕΠΙΠΛΑ
Σήμερα, η τεχνολογία FISIKON - η κίνηση οχημάτων με φυσικό αέριο - είναι σύγχρονη, εξελιγμένη, απολύτως ασφαλής και μας προσφέρει τις ίδιες ακριβώς δυνατότητες που προσφέρουν τα συμβατικά καύσιμα με τα οποία είμαστε ήδη εξοικειωμένοι.
Στις μέρες μας, περισσότερα από 12 εκατομμύρια οχήματα κινούνται με φυσικό αέριο σε όλον τον κόσμο. Ειδικότερα από το 2000 και μετέπειτα, παρατηρείται εντυπωσιακή ετήσια αύξηση στον αριθμό τους, κάτι που βεβαίως εξηγείται για πολλούς λόγους.
Η αφθονία των κοιτασμάτων φυσικού αερίου, η πρακτικότητά του και βέβαια η ασύγκριτη φιλικότητά του προς το περιβάλλον οδηγούν όλο και περισσότερες κυβερνήσεις και φορείς, επιχειρήσεις, επαγγελματίες αλλά και καθημερινούς ανθρώπους να στραφούν προς την πηγή ενέργειας με τα πολλά πλεονεκτήματα.
Ενδεικτικά, εκτός από αυτοκίνητα ιδιωτικής χρήσης, το CNG χρησιμοποιείται επίσης σε: στόλους σχολικών λεωφορείων, μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, στόλους οχημάτων απαραίτητων για τη λειτουργία μεγάλων αεροδρομίων, με γάλα αλλά και μεσαίου μεγέθους φορτηγά, απορριμματοφόρα, οχήματα εταιριών μεταφοράς εμπορευμάτων και αλληλογραφίας κλπ. Η χρήση του εξαπλώνεται όχι μόνο αριθμητικά αλλά και με την εξεύρεση νέων εφαρμογών.
Χαρακτηριστικά αναφέρουμε ότι το CNG ήδη κινεί τρένα, πλοία, επαγγελματικές και γεωργικές μηχανές, αεροσκάφη, ενώ πρόσφατα στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες κατασκευάστηκε και η πρώτη μηχανή τύπου chopper που κινείται με φυσικό αέριο!
Όπως είναι φανερό, ο τομέας της κίνησης οχημάτων με φυσικό αέριο, FISIKON, παρουσιάζει εξαιρετικές προοπτικές και ευκαιρίες – ειδικά στη χώρα μας, που η διάδοση του φυσικού αερίου βρίσκεται στα πρώτα στάδιά και αναμένεται να δημιουργήσει ένα νέο τομέα στην αγορά του αυτοκινήτου. Στην Ελλάδα, αυτή τη στιγμή, η ΔΕΠΑ διαθέ ΤΕΙ δύο πρατήρια φυσικού αερίου στην περιοχή της Αττικής, στα οποία ανεφοδιάζονται λεωφορεία ΟΣΥ (πρώην ΕΘΕΛ), απορριμματοφόρα δήμων, ταξί και ΙΧ που κυκλοφορούν στην πρωτεύουσα.
Στην προσπάθεια της να ανοίξει την αγορά αεριοκίνησης στην Ελλάδα, η ΔΕΠΑ, σε συνεργασία με τα ΕΛΠΕ, προχωρά στη δημιουργία τριών ακόμη σταθμών ανεφοδιασμού συμπιεσμένου φυσικού αερίου - ενός στη Θεσσαλονίκη και δύο στην Αθήνα - ώστε ο ανεφοδιασμός των οχημάτων φυσικού αερίου να είναι ακόμα πιο εύκολος και να προσεγγίσει όσο το δυνατόν μεγάλο τμήμα του πληθυσμού. Ειδικότερα, σε εξέλιξη βρίσκεται η ανάπτυξη δικτύου ανεφοδιασμού με 8 πρατήρια έως τα τέλη του έτους, ενώ το 2014 έχει προγραμματιστεί η υλοποίηση ακόμα 4 με 6 πρατηρίων. Πολύ σύντομα η βασική υποδομή για την τροφοδότηση φυσικού αερίου κίνησης αναμένεται να εμπλουτιστεί με ένα νέο σταθμό ανεφοδιασμού οχημάτων με CNG στη Θεσσαλονίκη, στη Λεωφόρο Γεωργικής Σχολής, καθώς και με άλλους δύο σταθμούς στην Κηφισιά και τη Λεωφόρο Βουλιαγμένης.
Ακόμα, προωθείται η χρήση φυσικού αερίου στην κίνηση οχημάΕλλάδαΕλλάδας</a>, ενώ στις δράσεις του FISIKON περιλαμβάνεται και η συνεργασία με εταιρίες που διαθέτουν στόλους επαγγελματικών οχημάτων, μικρού και μεγάλου μεγέθους, με στόχο την υιοθέτηση του φυσικού αερίου κίνησης και από αυτές. Ήδη εδώ και μερικούς μήνες κυκλοφορούν στους δρόμους της Αθήνας τα πρώτα ταξί FISIKON.
Πρόσφατα στη Βραζιλία, ένας ανεξάρτητος φορέας οδηγών ταξί πραγματοποίησε ένα ιδιότυπο «ράλυ» για να τεστάρει την οικονομία και την απόδοση διαφορετικών τύπων καυσίμου. Τρία οχήματα ίδιων χαρακτηριστικών, με τον ίδιο αριθμό χιλιομέτρων στα κοντέρ τους, κάλυψαν με τις ίδιες ακριβώς συνθήκες κίνησης και οδήγησης 380 χιλιόμετρα. Οι ειδικοί που ήταν παρόντες καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του «αγώνα» ήταν κατηγορηματικοί. Το φυσικό αέριο ήταν 45% πιο οικονομικό από την βενζίνη!
Το φυσικό αέριο στο εξωτερικό χρησιμοποιείται ήδη κατά κόρον από ΙΧ και οχήματα δημόσιας και επαγγελματικής χρήσης. Στην Ελλάδα, αναμένεται να ανοίξει το δρόμο για τον περιορισμό της εξάρτησης από το πετρέλαιο, την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος, την εξοικονόμηση και βέβαια την ανάπτυξη.

ΕΠΙΠΛΑ ΕΠΙΠΛΑ Νέο «τσεκούρι» στις συντάξεις
Αίσθηση από την παραδοχή της διοίκησης του ΙΚΑ ότι έγιναν λάθος υπολογισμοί στις περικοπές χιλιάδων συντάξεων - Κατόπιν εορτής, το Ίδρυμα ανακοίνωσε ότι θα προχωρήσει σε επανέλεγχο και αποκατάσταση των αδικιώνΣε μειώσεις συντάξεων και παροχών θα οδηγηθούν άμεσα τα ασφαλιστικά ταμεία, εξαιτίας της δεινής οικονομικής κατάστασης στην οποία έχουν περιέλθει, λόγω της υστέρησης εσόδων, της ύφεσης και της ανεργίας.
Σύμφωνα με την εκτίμηση του προέδρου της ομοσπονδίας των εργαζομένων στα ασφαλιστικά ταμεία, η κύρια σύνταξη θα υποστεί μείωση 10%, η επικουρική 30%, ενώ θα καταργηθεί εντελώς το εφάπαξ.
Οι εργαζόμενοι της υπηρεσίας στο υπουργείο Εργασίας (ασφαλιστικά ταμεία, ΟΑΕΔ κλπ) εξήγγειλαν επαναλαμβανόμενες πενθήμερες απεργίες, αρχής γενομένης από τις 16 Σεπ Τεμβρίου, διαμαρτυρόμενοι για τη διαθεσιμότητα 600 συναδέλφων τους.
«Δεν περισσεύει κανένας, αν αποχωρήσουν κι άλλοι υπάλληλοι» τόνισε ο πρόεδρος των εργαζομένων του ΙΚΑ, Γιώργος Κυριακόπουλος.
Και συμπλήρωσε: «Θα κάνουν διπλάσιο χρόνο να εκδοθούν οι κύριες συντάξεις. Ήδη, η καθυστέρηση φτάνει τους 15 μήνες, ενώ σε κάποια υποκαταστήματα της περιφέρειας, όπως της Χαλκίδας, φτάνουν τους 24».
Σύμφωνα με τους συνδικαλιστές του ΟΑΕΔ, οι εγγεγραμμένοι άνεργοι έχουν ξεπεράσει το 1.000.000. Κάτι το οποίο αποφεύγει να δημοσιοποιήσει ο Οργανισμός, καθώς δεν έχει ανακοινώσει τα στοιχεία για την ανεργία εδώ και τέσσερις μήνες, όπως αναφέρει το newmoney.gr.
«Κούρεψαν» κατά λάθος χιλιάδες συντάξεις
Εν τω μεταξύ, αίσθηση προκαλεί η παραδοχή, εκ μέρους της ηγεσίας του ΙΚΑ, ότι έγιναν λάθος υπολογισμοί στις περικοπές χιλιάδων συντάξεων.
Σύμφωνα με τον «Ελεύθερο Τύπο», η παραδοχή των λανθασμένων υπολογισμών έγινε μάλιστα από τον ίδιο το διοικητή του Ιδρύματος, Ροβέρτο Σπυρόπουλο, ο οποίος απέσ ΤΕΙλε χθες σχετικό έγγραφο προς τις αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες, τις οποίες και καλεί να σταματήσουν να διορθώνουν τα λάθη στις μειώσεις των συντάξεων που εντοπίζουν οι ίδιοι οι συνταξιούχοι, πηγαίνοντας στα υποκαταστήματα, καθώς στο εξής, όπως αναφέρει, η διαδικασία αυτή θα γίνει μαζικά για όλες τις συντάξεις όλων των Ταμείων κι εκεί θα φανεί αυτόματα πόσοι είχαν μεγαλύτερες μειώσεις από αυτές που δικαιολογούν οι μνημονιακοί νόμοι, οπότε και θα πρέπει να τους επιστραφούν τα ποσά, αλλά και πόσοι γλίτωσαν τις περικοπές, επειδή τα Ταμεία τους δεν είχαν αποστείλει τα ακριβή στοιχεία στο Ενιαίο Σύστημα Πληρωμής Συντάξεων της ΗΔΙΚΑ. Πλέον, κατόπιν... εορτής, το ΙΚΑ προχωρά σε επανέλεγχο των περικοπών στα ποσά των συντάξεων, έπειτα από τη διαπίστωση ότι υπήρξαν περιπτώσεις κατά τις οποίες παρακρατήθηκαν μεγαλύτερα ποσά και άλλες, όπου δεν έγιναν οι μειώσεις που είχαν προβλεφθεί.
Τα λάθη που έγιναν στη διαδικασία προσαρμογής των συντάξεων, είχαν σαν αποτέλεσμα να μην περικοπούν κατά 12% όλες οι συντάξεις άνω των 1.300 ευρώ, ενώ σε άλλες περιπτώσεις έγιναν μειώσεις αδίκως.

ΕΠΙΠΛΑ Θ. Πάγκαλος: «Σε ποιο συμπόσιο να πάω; Σε αυτούς τους αποτυχημένους;»
Εξηγώντας τους λόγους για τους οποίους δεν ήταν παρών στο Συμπόσιο για τα 39 χρόνια του ΠΑΣΟΚ, ο πρώην υπουργός χρησιμοποίησε βαρείς χαρακτηρισμούς για στελέχη του ΠΑΣΟΚ Βαρείς χαρακτηρισμούς για στελέχη του ΠΑΣΟΚ χρησιμοποίησε ο Θόδωρος Πάγκαλος, μιλώντας στο ΒΗΜΑ FM 99,5
και ερωτηθείς για τους λόγους που δεν παρέστη στο συμπόσιο του Κινήματος.
«Επί 32 χρόνια βουλευτής, μου έλεγαν να μη συγκρούομαι και να μην τα λέω
αυτά τα πράγματα. Και τώρα βγαίνουν διάφοροι τυχάρπαστοι τύποι από τη
μπλογκόσφαιρα – κάτι ούφο! – και τώρα μου λένε διάφορα. Μα, εσείς μου
λέγατε να μην τα λέω! Για να κάνετε τη φοροδιαφυγή σας, για να κάνει η
ΟΛΜΕ ιδιαίτερα… Τα έχω γράψει σε βιβλίο και έτσι βγήκε το "μαζί ΕΠΙΠΛΑ ΚΟΥΖΙΝΑΣ ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΕΣ ΕΠΙΠΛΑ ΚΟΥΖΙΝΑΣ ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΕΣ ΚΡΕΒΑΤΟΚΑΜΑΡΕΣ ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΕΣ ΒΟΛΟΣ τα
φάγαμε". Και είναι πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Να το διαβάσετε. Σε ποιο συμπόσιο να
πάω; Σε ποιους; Σε αυτούς τους αποτυχημένους που το μόνο που τους
ενδιαφέρει είναι ο μηχανισμός; Που τσακώνονται για το αν ο ήλιος θα
είναι πράσινος ή πορτοκαλί; Αν θα λέγεται ΠΑΣΟΚ ή ΝΑΣΟΚ ή ΚΑΖΑΣΟΚ; Δεν
θέλω να μιλήσω. Ό,τι έχω να τους πω, το λέω δημοσίως, σε όλο τον κόσμο.
Στα στελέχη του αποτυχημένου συγκροτήματος που έγινε από 44% κάτω από το
10%, μονοψήφιο, δεν έχω να πω κάτι. Δεν με ενδιαφέρει να το πω, ούτε σε
ηγέτες που το έφτασαν εκεί και είναι ο Σημίτης, ο Γ. Παπανδρέου και ο
Βενιζέλος. Μαζεύτηκαν και αγκαλιάστηκαν και μας είπαν "ελάτε να πάμε
μπρος". Τι εμπρός; Τον μηχανισμό τους ενδιαφέρει να ελέγξουν και να
διατηρήσουν, για να έχουν τα προνόμιά τους και ας με διαγράψουν
επιτέλους, για να τελειώσει η αγωνία μου αν θα το κάνουν ή όχι. Μα δεν
με έχει διαγράψει ποτέ κανείς! Ούτε από το ΚΚΕ δεν έχω διαγραφεί και
έφυγα μόνος μου – και τώρα σκέφτομαι μήπως γυρίσω. Πώς τον λένε τον
γενικό γραμματέα του ΚΚΕ; Πωπω… πώς καταντήσαμε. Ούτε το όνομα του γ.γ
του ΚΚΕ να μην ξέρουμε…» είπε ο Θόδωρος Πάγκαλος εξηγώντας τους λόγους για τους οποίους δεν ήταν παρών στο
Συμπόσιο για τα 39 χρόνια του ΠΑΣΟΚ την περασμένη εβδομάδα, μολονότι
είναι ιστορικό στέλεχος του κόμματος:
Μεταξύ άλλων «να κατέβουν μαζί στις ευρω εκλογές ΝΔ και ΠΑΣΟΚ» πρό ΤΕΙνε ο κ. Πάγκαλος, σχολιάζοντας ότι οι φιλοευρωπαϊκές δυνάμεις μπορούν να συνυπάρξουν σε μία ευρύτερη παράταξη.
Υποστήριξε ότι υπάρχει ανάγκη για μια ευρύτερη φιλοευρωπαϊκή παράταξη. Με αφορμή τη συζήτηση για την επικαιροποίηση της προγραμματικής συμφωνίας ΝΔ- ΠΑΣΟΚ, ο κ.Πάγκαλος σχολίασε: «Το θέμα είναι τα προβλήματα επί των οποίων υπάρχει διαφωνία. Αυτά πρέπει να συζητήσουν με τον Σαμαρά κ
